Completed or Current Projects

The following is a partial list of successfully completed or currently in progress construction projects.

Hathaway Residence

Interior remodeling including New stone kitchen counter tops, New recessed lighting, Master bath counters, shower and floor tile, Living Dining and Kitchen Hardwood Floors and Interior Painting.

Neibergall Residence

Remodeling project including New master bathroom addition at the upper floor, with Stone tile shower and floors, Frameless Glass enclosure and Cherry wood vanity. Upgrading of two existing bathrooms with new vanity cabinets, stone tile floors and bathtub tile surround. All new tile floors at main living, dining and kitchen areas at lower floor as well as a New Redwood fence at entire property perimeter.

Palos Verdes Ocean View Residence

Major interior and exterior remodeling, addition and re-building project. No stone was left unturned in this project.Exterior work includes new salt water infinity edge pool overlooking the Pacific Ocean, Catalina and Channel Islands. Addition of 400 square feet of wrap around deck with glass handrails and spiral stair access linking all upper bedrooms to exterior pool access. All new smooth finish exterior cement plaster finish. New hardwood entry gate to Entry Courtyard, with random layed quartz stone exterior paving at entry walk, courtyard and matching rear yard pool deck and patio areas. New underground drainage system at all patio areas from the rear to the front and emptying out through the curb. New exterior lighting and speaker systems plus all new interior phone and cable to central wiring location for state of the art media, computer, telephone and TV sytem capabilites. All new double glazed low "E" tinted windows and sliding glass doors.

Interior work includes skim coating of interior walls to smooth finish, all new interior doors, wood trim, crown moldings, wood window casing and base moldings througout the 4100 sf foot home. Provided new hardwood stair and curved base volute with carpet runner and new art steel handrail and guardrails. New travertine versaille pattern tile at the Family room, Kitchen and lower level bath/pool dressing room. Matching honed walnut travertine entry stone tile with michelangelo marble perimeter edge and base. Demolished existing lower level walls to enhance the Ocean and Catlina views directly from the entry area, at the same time upgrading the seismic structural capability of the home to the current Standards for earthquake safety. Provided all new cherry cabinetry in the kitchen and all the bathrooms with all granite counter tops and travertine stone floors, shower and bath surrounds. Master bath walls include both blue mosaic glass wave wall tile and sisal shell stone limestone tile. The tiki recreation room, with pool and ping pong tables, full home theatre surround sound, 2 imported figian 6' tall tiki's, hand layed broken tile bar is the ultimate adult play room and the kids love it too. An indirect lighting soffit of cut bamboo was also added at the entire perimeter.

Henshaw Residence - 930 15th Place Hermosa Beach, Ca

Complete interior renovation/restoration of an existing project GWC designed in 1987.
All new windows, new 200 sf Ocean View Roof Deck with cantelevered glass handrails and teak wood deck tiles, new audio visual music and video control systems throughout the home, completely new kitchen, master bathroom plus 2 other bathrooms, with travertine tile heated floors, granite counters, custom african mahogany cabinets, tile floor heaters at all baths and wet bar along with new wet bar granite counter tops, hickory hardwood floors at upper and lower public spaces, exterior heaters on all three exterior deck levels, new interior recessed led lighting fixtures, tech cable rail lighting at family room, 3x5 walking roof deck skylight, new led exterior wall, step and landscape lighting, stone inlaid driveway paving, garage epoxy floor, new exterior redwood facing at columns and exterior ceiling areas, remote control shade and curtain treatments, all new stain grade base and crown moldings and indirect led strip lighting effects, new exterior walls and fences as well as landscape irrigation and plantings. Completed April 2013.

1. Bacca Residence

324 Ladera, Lompoc, Ca Residential Addition and Remodel project which includes an outdoor kitchen area with large overhanging roof , New 1/2 bath / dressing room and a new 20' x 60' lighted "Bocce Ball" Court. Under construction through Nov 2015.

2. Esplanade 3 Unit Condominium Project

810 Esplanade, Redondo Beach, Ca New Project from the ground up including 2 - 2000 sf units which will be offered for sale on completion and a Penthouse Owners unit of 4000sf+ which includes a 1500 sf underground garage for 6 cars, glass enclosed 4 stop elevator, 4 bedroom 4 bath 5 level residence with large roof deck and spa overlooking the pacific ocean and the Redondo Beach Strand. Fantastic views of Palos Verdes and Catalina Island to the south and Malibu to the north, with White Water breaking surf in front. Under construction through mid 2016

3. Atrium Design Center

2413 Pacific Coast Hwy - Lomita, Ca Major Complete Renovation and Large, 20,000 sf addition to an existing Commercial Center. New Angled glass curtain wall and 3 story atrium open space will provide a venue for Architectural and Interior Design Services, New construction and Remodeling design ideas, as well as new furniture and fixtures all under one roof. Under construction through mid 2016.
